You indicated your email address to receive the connection code but you do not receive the EMAIL that contains the code.
Here is the procedure to follow:
Check that this email is not in your junk mail (spam)
If you cannot find it, wait 10 minutes because EMAILS delivery times can sometimes be long.
After 10 minutes, check your inbox again and then your spam folder to see if the Wakatoon email has arrived in the meantime.
If this is not the case, try logging in again with your personal email address. Carefully re-read the address you entered to make sure it is correct before tapping the “Receive Code” button again.
Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and if you still don't receive anything, contact us by tapping the button displayed at the bottom right of the screen.
