You may have clicked "Decline" when Wakatoon asked you at the start for the right to access your camera ?
If that is the case, the screen will be white when you want to take a picture, and all the colorings in the cartoon will be black.
You can check in the settings if Wakatoon can access the camera. If the toggle is towards the left, move it to the right, it will become green and Wakatoon will be allowed to access the camera.
On the same parameters page, you will see a setting for the GPS. Wakatoon do not use it, you don't need to change the parameters.
